I wanted a lighter tortilla that wasn’t full of buckwheat and wasn’t made entirely out of flax seeds… and I had leftover veggies from making noodles so I used them up and these came out nicely!
I have read online that people thought that dehydrated potatoes was too starchy tasting or it would brown and wilt even when dehydrated. Well I just solved that and I love to create recipes that are raw organic versions of classic comfort and junk food favorites they are classics for a reason and it helps to get more new people into RAW and make it more mainstream.
